SPECIAL STORY TIME

Get your popcorn ready and sit back and enjoy and super fun story for all ages! Well maybe not. I think the truth is that this is probably a PG story or a true story of the degenerative values of humans and how we all can find the core to our animal natures. Yes there is violence, a number of serious family issues, and some other stuff like the kids misbehaving, hitting each other, and just plain not listening. The parenting skills of these little creatures are definitely questionable. I wonder if the good Dr. used his own family experience for this book. Now that's a bit scary. I personally would not have my kids in the same room while reading this book. So sorry Dr. I just loved Dr Seuss growing up but as a parent or grandparent I need to ask..... what kind of doctor is he anyways? Does anyone really know? Did he really have any licensing or were these books an ebb and flow from nights full of nightmars and alcoholic beverages or worse yet something you cant find in a glass. And should he be actually writing books. I am so glad that I skipped this one with my kids. As crazy as they are now, and I love them dearly, I shudder to think if I actually read this one to them at bedtime, how things would be.....hmmm.
